This guy should read up however.
He can be hauled up before the human rights commission for discrimination.
You can't deny rental accomodation based on sex, smoking or pets.

His ad is no less offenssive than if he were to say -"No blacks" or "No

Well I hope he does get a female.
A female with 5 kids, and a live-in boyfriend, and he learns that is not
grounds for eviction.
