i have been living in this apt for 4 years.. i only signed the
contract the first time i moved in. now because of my job i have to
move to missassagua. i am planning to move sooner then later. is it ok
to give the landloard (managment company) a short notice (2 weeks for
example) .. can they sue me or force me to stay longer (give them
longer time)? please let me know.

You need to give 60 days notice; once you stay beyond your lease you
are on month to month renting, which means legally you have to provide
60 days notice.
If you can find a subletter or someone to do a lease transfer with you
can get out of it.
