2) Residential duplex
I have a house for sale in Aylmer (Quebec) near Ottawa.
Located at 54, Brook street.
It is a very old duplex, rented with leases.

The front of the house is a 3- bedroom house, rented for $750 a month.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a 4-piece bathroom.
It is heated with oil. Downstairs, there are the Kitchen, the
Dining-room
and the Living-room.
There is a crawl space basement that houses the hot water tank and the
furnace.

The back of the house is a one-bedroom apartment, rented for $475 a
month. (minus 25)
There is the bedroom, the 4-piece bathroom, the Kitchen and a big
living-room. It is heated with Hydro.

Both tenants pay their heat and hydro.
The total income is about $14,400 a year.
The taxes are about $2,300 and the insurance about $360. It leaves a
net
income of $12,000 approximately._(give or take)
Remember, it is an old house but the income is great.
I am asking $129,900.

This sum of $129,900, placed at the bank, will bring
a meagre interest of $2,600 a year (2%) instead of the net income of
$12,000. I am selling it because of other priorities.

I do not have to sell it because I will never get that net income of
$12,000
Because of my age and I want to close this chapter,
asking $ 129,990
