"Great Return" = what?
So why is this taking so long to sell? You've been flogging this for
months and months. Since most apartment owners are interested in
nothing but the return on their investment, why not add a cap rate and
explain the expenses and income? Also if you have management already
in place, that would be a plus to mention too. "Property Management"
almost always means lazy people that sit in an office that phone the
most expensive other lazy people to fix whatever is wrong at the
highest possible price. Better to have a competent manager/caretaker
that reports directly to the owner frequently. An owner not on top
of his property, will not be profitable for long.
