Rent $420.00/month for long term rental, and $440.00 for short term rental,
minimum 4 months. The rent

24/7 High speed internet
Cable
Local phone calls
Central air condition
In house laundry facility
Share use of fully equipped kitchen
Furniture, if desired

Looking for a non-smoker and no pet roommate. There are already two cats in
residence. Reference, and first and last required.

The room, suitable for a student or light packer, will be available on May
1, 2006.

Lansdowne Avenue.
